Order Discrepancies
If you find a mistake with your order, or if you fail to receive it within the expected shipping time, please contact us immediately. Please report any item discrepancy or damage within 30 days of ordering so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner.
Address Change
The shipping address for an order cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Cancelation
If you have placed an order within 5 hours you may request a cancelation for a full refund.
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time ( if they are not processed ) for a full refund.

Standard Shipping in North America is on us. Applies to standard shipping and handling within the U. S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Shipping does not include Standard Plus, oversized, or other special delivery charges.

10 to 14 days from order in N.A. excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Shipping
Order Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. You can expect 1 - 3 business days. For International Orders it may take longer depends on documentation. There can be exceptions during Holidays, Storms and Seasonal Rush.
Shipping Delivery
We will do our best to have your product reach you at the earliest but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose from Standard or Express. The Shipping times are subject to Season time, Storms and Efficiencies of our logistics partner. We have USPS, FedEx, UPS as our Logistics partners.
Customs and import taxes
International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Refunds
Your order will be accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original condition and packaging, within seven ( 7 ) days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
At Decozen, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Please retain original packing and labels for returns.

- We will share the Return Shipping Label by Mail within 5 business days of your return approval.
- Ship eligible returns prepaid and insured, and include a copy of the receipt so your credit can be easily processed.
- You’ll receive a refund or replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
Processing a return with a company provided label
Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.
Return reasons are as follows:
- Size issue
- Damaged / Defective
- Color faded / Discolored
- Damaged in transit
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Put the “RETURN DETAIL” into the box before sealing it
- Seal the package
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:
- Our Handcrafted products are Fragile, we pack & ship with extra care. Returns should be in original packing. Please ensure that we receive Product and Packaging back in Saleable condition.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of order receipt.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging.
- Items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
- Decozen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.
- You’ll receive a replacement once we receive the item back if the item is in stock.
- Please allow up to 7 days for refunds and exchanges to be processed.

Returns policies for orders shipped internationally and returns from military addresses outside of the United States, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.
