Business Days and Hours
We are available to assist you from Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 4 pm, except on Public Holidays.
Any communications and orders received during the second half of Friday, over the weekend, or on National Holidays will be processed within the next 3 5 Business Days. Please anticipate delays during weekends and holidays.

If you encounter any issues with your order, including discrepancies or delayed deliveries beyond the expected shipping time, kindly contact us immediately.
Address changes can be accommodated if the item has not yet been shipped out. Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address.
Cancellation requests are accepted within 5 hours of placing an order for a full Refund .
Preorders can be canceled anytime for a full Refund if they have not yet been processed.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on orders over USD 50.00 within North America (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Shipping).
Standard shipping delivery times within North America typically range from 10 to 14 days from the date of the order (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International Shipping).
Order processing time may vary, but please expect approximately 57 business days for order preparation. International orders may require additional processing time.
While we strive to expedite deliveries, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Actual delivery times depend on the selected shipping method (Standard or Express) and are subject to seasonal variations, weather conditions, and our logistics partners (USPS, FedEx, and UPS).
International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We are not liable for customs related delays.

Return Shipping Costs:
If your return reason falls under the categories of "Size issue," "Damaged / Defective," "Color faded / Discolored," or "Damaged in transit," we will provide you with a Return
Shipping Label, and we will cover the Return Shipping Costs.
If your return reason is for a "Replacement" or "Exchange" and there are no issues with the product, you ( The Buyer ) will be responsible for Return Shipping Costs.
Refund s or replacements will be issued upon receipt of the item in sellable condition, provided the item is in stock.
Ensure that the "RETURN DETAIL" is placed inside the box before sealing it.
Refund s will be credited to the original form of payment, subject to the rules outlined in the policy.
Decozen reserves the right to determine if returned merchandise is in a saleable condition at its sole discretion.

Replacement items will be dispatched once we receive the original item if it is in stock.
